Introduction
We are a family operated residential builder, with excellent references in the Boise Metro region, Inland Northwest/Idaho Panhandle, and Seattle/Eastside. From new construction to remodels and additions, we build to suit and also offer design services. We have many plans for you to review, including single family residences ranging from a 400 square foot micro home to over 6,000 square feet, detached garage plans, some with overhead apartments, and multi unit residences. We work throughout Idaho, Spokane/Inland Northwest and the Greater Seattle area. We own an RV for our out of area jobs, and welcome remote locations.
